Lead Programmers (1)
Location: Hangdong, Chiang Mai, Thailand
Duties: The lead programmer will coordinate with the Technical Director and clients to guide a small team of developers and provide hands-on technical expertise to design and implement solutions according to project needs. The lead programmer will also manage code and function libraries, and ensure efficient, quality coding. The lead programmer may be required to mentor junior programmers from time to time. Must be able to meet deadlines and provide daily reports to the Technical Director.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have at minimum: a BS in Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field; 6+ years work experience in an e-commerce environment with 2+ years of client-side (desktop) application development, 2+ years of web programming, and 2+ years of project management or technical management; expertise in PHP, MySQL, and C/C++ or Java; proficiency in Dreamweaver or Quanta Plus; and strong command of written and spoken English. Experience with graphic design, Flash development, or UNIX-like operating systems (Solaris, Linux, BSD) is a plus. Must have own transportation.

Salary: THB 10,000 to 15,000 per month, depending on experience. Performance-based increases at 3 months, 6 months, and every 6 months thereafter.
