Web Programmers (2)
Location: Handong, Chiang Mai, Thailand
Duties: The web programmer's primary role is to complete and customize web programming necessary to transport data between the web browser, online shop, and databases as required for the project. The web programmer will be required to complete programming tasks assigned by the team lead in a timely manner, and to write neat, readable code for incorporation into larger systems. Web programmers will also be responsible for maintaining and updating the corporate web site from time to time.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have at minimum a BS in Web Application Development, Computer Engineering, or related field; 3+ years of work experience in web application development; expertise in PHP, MySQL, HTML, Java, and JavaScript; proficiency in Dreamweaver or Quanta Plus; and fair written and spoken English. Experience with e-commerce, graphic design, Flash, application development (C/C++ or Java), or UNIX-like operating systems (Solaris, Linux, BSD) is a plus. Must have own transportation.

Salary: THB 7,000 to 12,000 per month, depending on experience. Performance-based increases at 3 months, 6 months, and every 6 months thereafter.
